Walk this way, please.

a general
a senator
and
a chair

A general, engaged in secret attempts to manipulate-
a senator who holds a key-
and a chair of psychological weapons of war.

-Bulletin-

Information Operations Unit has been under orders-
to find "pressure points"-
to use against the senator-
to secretly manipulate the senator,
without the senator's knowledge.

-That Is All-

The general’s Chief of Staff:
"What do I have to plant inside their heads?"
"My job in psy-ops is to play with people’s heads,
to get the enemy to behave the way we want them to behave."
  The weapon of choice, in this scenario, was a chair;
readily available by the psychological warfare operation.
The wholesale use of a weapon of war
– "psy ops" in the military vernacular –
to take out the key independent judgment of the senator-
whose sole responsibility is the overseeing and holding the accountability of the general.
